At the height of the Corona pandemic the User Group  briefly took its events online. The User Group kept its target audience engaged by organizing weekly sessions. At the same time some changes occured in the leadership team: Frederik took on a leadership position, replacing Gert who moved on to other endeavors. It was during this period that the leadership team decided to rethink the User Group’s approach. They concluded that long term success could only be  guaranteed by formalizing the User Group’s organization structure. And that’s how Belgian PowerAddicts VZW came to be.

The first Board was headed by Frederik, while Clifton became Vice-Chair. A half year later Tim Govaert joined the board as Business Advisor.

A new name also meant a new branding. In this regard the website, logo and overall appearance were revamped. Also, from that moment on the regular community events would be known as the ‘PowerTALK!‘.
